How to Manage Workflows

Click the Set Up Tools Nav item.

This link opens the page where Workflows are created and edited. Workflows are a series of automated actions that can be configured to occur based on a specified set of conditions.

Configure – Edit, enable or disable existing Workflows.

For individual contacts – Enable the Workflow for individual contacts rather than Accounts.
