The Automation Workflows Navigation Item, as well as the Automation tile, opens the page where Workflows can be created and edited. Workflows are a series of automated actions that can be configured to occur based on a specified set of conditions.

Create a new Workflow – here is how you can create a new Workflow.
Configure – You have the option to alter an existing Workflow.
The For Individual Contacts button appears only for Workflows that are enabled. As a user, you can click this button to enable the associated Workflow for individual contacts only.
The Count column displays the number of instances in which the Workflow has been completed. Click on the (click to view) link to view the details associated with each instance.
Delete – This is how you can delete the associated Workflow.
