Manager Reports

Activity Log Summary

• This report displays the activity of the Report Groups over a selected period of time.

Manager Traffic Summary

• This summary report displays the number of contacts that each user has entered, via each channel over a selected period of time.

Email Summary Report

• This report displays the number of each type of email sent by each report group over a given period of time.

User Task Summary

• This summary report displays the number of total, overdue, complete, and cancelled tasks by Report Group. It does so, over a selected period of time.

Account Task Summary

• This report displays the number of Tasks by Account over a selected period of time.

Event Summary Report

• This summary report displays the number of events created by a user over a given period of time.

Download Unsubscribe Report

• By using this button, as a user, you will be able to download the Unsubscribe reports to Microsoft Excel. This report displays the list of contacts that have unsubscribed from emails over a selected period of time.
